anyone who pre-ordered from digital river did NOT receive their seekers registriation code at the time of purchase, and they have not been emailed out.............. how the hell are we supposed to register ahead of time? its already been confirmed that it will not automatically be applied to our accounts.
it sounds like someone needs to get on the horn with DR and get this straightened out.

I did not understand this message either... and i have no idea where to enter the code on the SE account... I had secret hopes of SE releasing the expansion 1 week early to give people time to register and download patches, to avoid WoTG fiasco (could not register for 3 days).

some help and insight to this would be most appreciated.

im getting close to clicking that "process cancellation button" and just saying screw this expansion. between digital river having not sent out my confirmation of purchase email (taking a week to actually get it to me after the fact), to the generic copy and paste emails from digital river that aren't anywhere close to my initial question, im just about fed up enough to go bury my face in the elderscrolls online beta until ARR is out and ignore this game forever.

I ordered from Amazon and I don't have a registration code yet either. I'd LOVE to be able to register ahead of time, but it's kind of hard to do without a code.

I'm going to be utterly shocked if next week's expansion release and version update isn't an absolute disaster. I wonder how long it'll be before everyone is actually able to log-in and play the new content. Set your expectations very low people. You'll still be disappointed, but at least you won't be surprised.

I'm saving myself the grief by not bothering to get it until things have been smoothed out.

Has anyone bought the PC Download from amazon.com and received the registration code?

Does the US square-enix site give you the reg code after purchase?


Edit: I was about to buy it from SE store.. but digital river is the merchant for them??:mad:

The site i got it from said the information will be sent out on the 27th.

The site selling the EU version says that they will send out the codes on the 27th at 00:01 GMT, so it is possible that the other sites will send out their codes around that time.

yes SE is utilizing Digital River to sling their xpac. most horrible experience ever.
and no you are not given given a code until the 27th aka launch day meaning you will spend the whole day trying desperately to register on the SE account website, and then wait 22 hrs to download the patch that should have been included in the 33 hour download from digital river (instead of steams hour long download)

Not preordering for this very reason. I will get it when you can buy it and get a code right away.
