I could have sworn SE already stated that Rune Fencer will not be receiving prior relics/mythics/empy's. Can anyone confirm this?
Also, if this is true, I wonder if the Borealis will be equippable by the Rune Fencer.

I can confirm for you that neither Geomancer nor Rune Fencer will get any of the previously released Mythics. >.>
EDIT: and if they get added to relics, there'll be riots.
I thought geomancer will be using a different kind of weapon, like a bell. I guess that could be his ammo item instead like Bard.
Bells are basically clubs with different models. There are already bells in the game, they're just xmas event items.

They won't be added to relics, because no job from ToAU and beyond has been added to relics, only recieved AF2 armor.
Empyreans, I forget where but around these forums devs mentioned that these 2 jobs will not have magian weapons. Empyreans are still at their core, created through magian trials. They could always change their mind on this decision... kinda hoping they do, magian trials was one of the best systems for creating good weapons, no matter how mind numbing they were to complete. The success of the system doesn't lie.
Mythics: the new jobs (SCH and DNC in this case) have gotten Mythic weapons. They weren't added to existing equipment, they had their own created for them (hence Ziyygo's statement of not being added to current mythics). With Mythics comes Mythic WS's as well, so unless SE breaks trend there is some ToAU work to be done.
I wouldn't be surprised to see a new form of super weapon come from Seekers though, so that RNF and GEO aren't stuck with mythics as being their only option. Would probably have to add some more weapons for the rest of the classes as well so as to entice the playerbase into doing the content. Doesn't take a rocket scientist to know that content designed for only 2 jobs to benefit is bound to fail.
Rune and Geo will get no Emp or Relic weapons, however they will be receiving their own unique Mythic weapons. The reasons are because Relics and Emps were balanced for the jobs available at the time of release, however, Mythics are tuned to each specific job, thus they can make Mythics for RUN and GEO without any potential balance issues that may effect other jobs, where as Relics and Emps would have the potential to be over powered, and could cause weapons to be nerfed due to the jobs being added to them.
geomancer will be recieving a NEW emperyan weapon, and a NEW mythic weapon. same for RFN. they will not be included on previously released weapons, but new ones will be released for them.

I seriously can't figure out RUN on borealis, and not on Calad or Ragna. Who is making the decisions over there? i.e., +15 Vit for a tank job that will actually use the weapon? Yeah, clearly balance issues there. Or not. And whoever is about to tell me I'm wrong: Take a sitting-spinning long walk off the shortest pier-cliff you can find. Would you kindly.
Would it be nice for them to have Emp/Relic? Yes, would it make sense? Yes, will it happen? No. SE has shown with years of refusing to add jobs to relics that it will not really happen. What your real complaint should be is that RUN is not on the OAT GS. They announced that we would not be getting the Emp/Relic weapons on the new jobs, but the OAT is the next best thing and they excluded RUN from it without any warning.
I sincerly hope they give GEO and RUN a shiney new mythic all of their own.
Being someone who has been slowly working on a mythic since way before the ease of empyreans made mythics more of a pipe dream, I am hoping to see more people ready and willing to run assault, salvage, farm the kings and such again. Because as it stands now so many people would rather farm up an empy than a mythic and those of us who do want a mythic are kindda sol when it comes to finding help with the content.
I thought run could equip Caladbolg, I mean, why not allow the job to equip it or Ragnarok, seeing that it is the great sword class? Not doing so seems like SE holding an idiot ball to me.
Their 'reason' is that they were balanced for the jobs they were put on at the time, to go back and add new jobs to the weapons they would have to be re-adjusted and re-balanced, some of which may be nerfed basically. In short, RUN and GEO are getting the same treatment as BLU, COR, PUP, DNC, and SCH, weapons out before the jobs were out are not included on said jobs. In either case, it seems as though this is not much of a problem anymore as Rag is not the best anymore, Calad is not that great, and RUN is on the best GS now.

Which has been shown with augments close to +38DMG STR+12 WS damage+10, and so far as I know, easily beats a 99Rag at the moment.
*I say close to because I have seen some people claim it is 11STR as an augment, and I did not see it myself, so I do not know the exact stats, but I do believe it had something very close.
