Mog House Decoration Contest Entry Thread
After reading the Mog Decoration Contest’s official contest rules, please post your entry in this thread.
Entry period:Monday, September 10, 2012 6:00am (PDT) to Monday, September 24, 2012 6:00am (PDT)
Please note:- Please use the template when submitting an entry, and make sure you do not forget to fill in the entry name, introduction text, images, and prize choice.
- Entries are limited to one per person. In the case multiple entries are submitted, only the first one will be accepted.
- You can submit up to five screenshots in your entry. Make sure to have /names on in the first screenshot and that your character and Mog House is clearly shown. Please use the “[HB]” tags to hide your second image and on images.
- Once you have submitted your entry, you will be unable to edit your post.
During the judgment period, there may instances that we log in to check your Mog Houses layout. Therefore, we ask that you not change the layout of the Mog House once you have submitted and maintain it until the winners are announced.
We have created a practice thread for entrants to check that their images are posted and organized properly. Please use the thread here to confirm that your image uploading process is okay before actually submitting your entry. (Similar to regular threads, you will be able to edit and delete posts in the practice thread.)

Welcome to Grandma's Mog House Summerfest Restaruant! When you enter the establishment, you can have a seat on your left while the Moogle pours you some of our homemade barrel grape juice. Today we are serving Windurst Salad, Roast Rarab, baked popoto, grilled million corn and stone cheese bread! For desert, we will be serving Pamama celebration cake! If you would like, there is an area up front where you can sit and eat while viewing our live fish tanks. We have both fresh and salt water species as well as a full collection of insects from around Vanadiel. This is truely a unique and fine dining experience.

A vist to Grandpa's Mog House this Summer !
All my little grandchildren in Windurst are planning to visit me this summer so me and my Moogle friend are working hard to get things ready. We need to make sure they have lots of things to do inside for the rainy afternoon days. I hope you also enjoy spending time here and will work hard to make you feel welcome in my humble abode.

Hi do you like my pad? Consisting of a bedroom, dining room, kitchen, study, Aquarium room, and warez room, my Mog House is where I go when I want to unwind or go AFK for days. Void of shout spam since Bastok Mines is generally deserted, relaxing here gives me time to go make a sandwich or look up on the wiki how to collect more furniture. Currently, I'm trying to collect more flags to show my Patriotism to the 3 nations as the summer comes to a close. Thanks for stopping by and I hope my creativity rubbed off on you!

Entry name - Adventurer's Escape
Introduction - When i'm not out slaying monstrous souls, returning to the past to protect my fellow nations from utter demise, or cooking up deliciously yummy sweets in Windurst, I'm in my somber and quaint San d'Orian home. From the soft chirping tunes, to the warmth of my fireplace and a good book in my hands, there is truly no place like home.

My "Do it Youself" Mog
Not only do I take pride in my mog, I take pride in making all my own furniture. I have +90 Woodworking and 80 synergy and most other crafting subs to 60. The only items in my mog that I did not make are a few of the R/EX items from quests. I have so many other furnishings on NPC storage that will not even fit. I have 13 lvl 99 jobs and gears and r/ex stuff but I still keep my mog in top shape for visitors.
A few of my favorites include the Mog Bonanza statues that I have collected which I placed together to make a FFXI Chess Set. The Royal Bed took me 5 years to get my crafting high enough with required subs. It is signed. The woodstall was a relief to make after a week of synergy skilling. I adore my Chocobo stature.
I often make signed furniture and give away to friends. :)
*There is so much you cant even see due to the poor quality and width of xbox pictures. Come visit and be awe struck.

After a long summer of Beastmastering around Bismark, there's nothing like a end of summer beach party to go out with a bang. And in Bastok we only have one rule, subligars or swimtrunks only. So grab your favorite subligar and head to Bastok to hit up one of our many beverage barrels, take a load off to watch the fishies, and just relax!
