ok i give in i feel it now........

with the other info im seeing i get why raising abyssea cap may help game seems from 30-90 no one buys gear anymore which hurts crafters and such but with level raising if they do i want tweaks to FoV for more gear towards parties like letting page stay active till you stop it and more pages with single mob targets

they probably will but hate me if you want im a guy that lives in abyssea on 2 different accounts i love it to death i dont do many other events abyssea rules but i see how it can hurt

You act as if crafters make a killing off of low level gear. Most good gear pre-~70 is r/e or cheap or so expensive that people wouldnt buy it anyway since it becomes obsolete so quickly. If people couldnt leech in abyssea until ~70, they would just lvl sync to collibri pts where gear isnt much of a factor.

That is one of my points for wanting it rasied yes.

They can give faster exp pting in low areas i really do not care but i think there should be a reason to level there.

I do not think its much fun having everything done in one place ( exp gain, endgame, everything is abyssea atm)

Removing the leech option wont fix this. People will just lvl sync to Eron[S] or ToA collibri. Or bypass traditional pting altogether and smn burn.

Yeah, I have to say that raising the cap is pretty retarded. Low level gear is far from a gil-maker for most crafters, and I don't know anyone who actively makes it. Most of the low level gear is just in circulation from 2003~5, because people re-sell what they outgrow now that level caps are much less common.

I had alot of low lvl gear in stock (lvl 7-40) but now when I am done with it I just /toss. It is not even worth listing on the AH. or my time to npc.

Not like people didn't keep the same armors for 10 levels straight even without sync or abyssea. Because it is more fun gaining levels than farming gil.

Its not much of giving back to the crafters "me being a crafter" as to making Gil, The fact everyone is talking and trying to come up w/ a way of making the "Game" FFXI that being said everything w/in the game more balanced. Jobs/Areas/Crafts/Mobs/Abilities.. the list goes on.

I think raising the level cap on Abyssea will help FFXI, Reason why, It would make Players new and old Focus on other things besides Abyssea and it would balance alot of the game.
