Is there a way to minimize Final Fantasy 11 without the game crashing? Whenever I hit tab+ALT the game always crashes on me. Any help would be great :)

In the set up, the one that is called ffxi config, there is an option to switch from full screen to windowed mode. This allows you to minimize, maximize, or window ffxi while playing the game.
thank you for the reply, ill look into it :)
Please note that just about any program that will take control of the system will crash the game. If you try installing just about anything, or actively updating your virus scanner etc. only Web Browsers seem not to be able to crash it. I had a friend play Diablo 2 while running Dynamis one time. YMMV.
Nor if you play on Linux. /grin
I've narrowed it down to a driver issue, more than likely it's the nVidia sound driver, and my SB Recon 3D coming to blows, deactivating the nVidia driver keeps the system crashes to minimum. (I got a BSOD once, and deactivating the nVidia sound fixed it for the most part)
Ah, definitely not the same chip-set then.
Is it the HDMI or in other words, video card that is of nVidia make?
Either way, it definitely shouldn't be crashing if something else doesn't for example change the graphics settings and whatnot. You indeed seem to have some deeper issues there, and unless that Blue Screen mentioned a video/sound driver specifically, I would strongly recommend running memtest86+ a few, if you haven't yet.
Bad memory modules are possibly the most common reason for those nice screens to appear, though depending of the stop error, it could indeed indicate a driver issue just as well.
MiniMaZing sounds like a combination of the word "Mini" and "Amazing".
Minimazing FFXI could be a fun Chibi-Style Final Fantasy game based in the FFXI Universe. Single Player, on the 3DS or something.
They need a whole Minimazing Series of games now, a new Handheld Franchise.
