Hello, I am representing the 100 or so NA and JP players who play very serious competitive 60 cap Ballista. Many of us have been playing Ballista since it was first introduced, and now play it exclusively every day (no other FFXI content unless it will benefit our Ballista careers).
I need to stress again the competitiveness, all of us spend millions upon millions of gil augmenting every suitable/eligible item we can get our hands on for a chance at an extra STR+1 or other stats in a given gear slot for that extra advantage. These augments are actually essential to be able to keep up with the competition.
When level syncing was introduced, some gear which was level 75+ turned out to actually be the best gear available in some slots when scaled down to level 60. Many of us had to go out to the outside world to level our jobs passed level 60 just so we could equip this gear.
We have already worked out how items scale to level 60 with respect to many of the observable stats, such as defense, attack, HP, MP, attributes (STR, DEX, etc), and some less observable stats which can still be precisely deduced such as accuracy.
Other stats can be very problematic, however. For example, how much evasion would a Wivre Mask grant at level 60? We need to know the exact value, so that we can make the best decision as to which is the headpiece we wish to use in a given scenario. To be able to test evasion, for all gear slots, to a confidence level such that we can be sure we know the exact value, would take an immeasurable amount of time and effort to collect enough data, and evasion is just one of the "hidden" stats we wish to know.
We request if you could release this information to us. It would make a world of difference to those of us who play Ballista seriously on a daily basis, and I don't think this information being revealed would affect regular FFXI play significantly, if at all. If a full comprehensive list is too much to ask, just the sync values for evasion, ranged accuracy, and magic evasion will be sufficient.

We could make a server with just the 100 of you on it and you can kill eachotehr all day. No, the rest of you cannot have a PvP server. It's only for the admited 100 people on all servers everywhere that that OP talked about that still want to play something that was nothing more then a passing fad.

However with your approach to "I only PvP and nothing else." This is a very backwards way to go about trying to bring interest back into content (of any kind.) Its just as bad as the people who possess a giant ego and only pve-derp-am-i-a-badass-yet?
However asking them to cater to level 60 content is rediculous and claims of "balance" fall on deaf ears and only seek to worsen the gap between PvE and PvP. When PvE should allow you to get gear to be used in PvP and vice versa, making it holistic and improving interest.
PvE should intersect with PvP in the simplest fashion, in that rewards from one can be used in the other, most notably in trade able, sell able tokens of progress like AC or Alexandrite that give an alternative method to attaining great and powerful items to further your career in the rest of the game. -

Most people don't do Ballista because it's horribly implemented and certain job combinations have distinct advantages over other jobs.

DRK, RDM, BLU and Ochain Prd are probably the worst jobs to have to deal with depending on situation, yes.
Rdm was never able to kill with ease... it just bores people to death. -

However -
RDM has DoT and access to Tier IV nukes doing well over 800 damage to unshelled targets, and with spontaneity Impact, there's nothing "slow" about the "fastest casting" job in the game.
Did you really just say that RDM can't kill anyone with ease? I was hoping to give you more rope but that shan't be necessary.

I said kill with ease, kiting is a very boring battle. And I already mentioned depending on situation, I wouldn't want to be stacked against a Ochain prd on war for example. I did usually kill drks with nukes, yes.

WAR has it rough not going to lie about that, it is basically DRK with no utility. However with mp merits /war (especially Taru) can easily push 400+ mp with the ability to sustain itself with the sub, and put the hurt on the PLD with dispel physical damage aspir/drain.
Bravura WAR with max PDT can fight a very long battle against the paladin and make them pay dearly with retaliation. Everytime the paladin goes to cast they are going to eat an Great axe in the back. The fight can go either way if the warrior capitalizes on their powerful physical offense with the right gear vs the PLD.
(And circles around the PLD to minimize shield blocks, and gets rid of enlight.)

Kinda sad I could win without one yes? Ballista is mostly dead on my server... I think the biggest challenge I ever had was a Rdm friend of mine, and he still took 3 deaths to kill me once, and that was with a handicap.
