Xarcabard [S] Greater Amphiptere

There are 3 Greater Amphipteres in Xarcabard [S] 2/3 of which function normally and always aggro you. There very first one though right by the Teleport NPC NEVER aggros. He is 100% impossible to aggro. Is there any way you could work on this by any chance? These mobs are a 1 hour repop so waiting for 2/3 because you can't kill the 3rd is lame. :(

They aggro sight but they need glasses, and low hp (very annoying while doing campaign battle), this last case will help you to pull the one at the OP.

If you notice, they seem to make some sort of "gust" of wind when they're stopped at a spot, sometimes. When they do that, they seem more likely to aggro than when they're just flying around. I had myself aggro it after teleporting and running to the east without noticing it was there. Totally random, you know ... -_-;

I've been AFK under him now for 3 hours.. still no aggro.

it may have been changed that way intentionally back when everyone was complaining about getting aggro trying to do campaign. If so, what they SHOULD have done is change it's pathing instead and left it's aggression the same as the others.

@XGP0001 Just put yourself low hp, and i assure you ll get aggro.

I have. Ive tried red HP, healing while red HP, etc etc. Ive tried everything! This one on Ramuh WILL NOT aggro!

you must never of leveled BLM there.. yeah they all aggro you and its really not a friendly guy to have hang around been known to wipe out several parties camping there along with constant killing of people that just warped there.. Its been awhile since Ive been there on BLM so they might of nerfed the aggro

He will not aggro tried for days and days on end here on Sylph and he never has all others do just not that one.

We had no problem getting blu spell from them in xarc (s) including the one by campaign area, you have to run in front of them not be under them. This can get hairy if there other mobs in the way. May take a few tries but they do agro. That is one spell I'm glad I don't have to get again.

After thoroughly investigating the matter, the development team did find problems with the NM's behavior, and the matter is currently being worked on.
