Savant's Gown +2 refresh bonus

Currently there are several +1 Empyreal Armor pieces granting either Regen or Refresh bonus effect.
The ones I can remember right now are: WHM body, BLM body, RDM body, BLU body, SMN head, BRD feet and SCH body (Savant's Gown +1).

All of these pieces grant to the wielder a bonus of 1/tic refresh/regen bonus.
The respective +2 version of all of these pieces grant a bonus of 2/tic.
All except the SCH body piece, Savant's Gown +2, which grants the same amount as the +1 version.

This sounds like a very odd exception, since as far as I know all of the Empyrean Armor bonus effects get upgraded from the +1 version to the respective +2 version.

So my question is: Is this working as intended or is it a small bug SE didn't notice?

The +1 does not add Refresh effect at all though, whereas most of the other +1s (BLU being the exception I think) you mentioned do. Personally I just assumed that was the reason for not getting +2 refresh on it.

I completely missed that... shame on me. That's definitely the reason, makes perfect sense. Other pieces behave in exactely identical way.
