[dev1015] With Regards to Staggering

Is it at all possible to adjust the current system so that it behaves as it does in Dynamis? By which I mean, being able to stagger an enemy at any time, instead of having to try and time your attempts between an enemy's TP moves and spells?

I don't see any reason for Abyssea' system to remain as it is, as it's clear the adjustment can be made to pre-existing content, and the current system makes staggering an enemy unnecessarily annoying.

Any insight available?
