[MMM] Aquatic depopulation team

MMM setup:

maze voucher 08 + rune 020 (starting with 300/3000 points)

i go in with this setup:

lu shang's fishing rod + shrimp lure

location:

pond left of the starting room.

when i started to do this i won within 10-15 minutes by catching monke-onke.

lately there are very much "you didn't catch anything"-massages, this leads to the other team having 3000 points and me only 2500-2900 points and i always lose.
i get every monke-onke out that catches the rod, thanks to fishing skill 63.

shouldn't it be a 100% win if i get out all fish that catches the rod?

It's not 100% if you're catching things so slowly that the other team hauls in more fish than you. Personally I've found that bites can be kind of spotty in there for the large fish. Also, I've never had much luck at all hooking monkes with shrimp lures, they hit worm lures far more often in my experience. I don't know if this will apply to you, but something else to keep in mind is that if you're already carrying a large fish, your ability to hook another of the same type drops massively(three for the small fish). Make sure you turn in your catch after every large fish if you weren't already.
