Hey, I was just wondering how feasible it would be to implement an option to have icons on macro buttons, like we have in FFXIV. Icons really work a lot better than just plain text, especially considering the text is limited to like only 4 or 5 characters (maybe not a problem in Japanese, but it's a huge limitation in English). I think if we could add icons to the macro buttons, it would be much better.
There would be no point as our icons are lacking and out macros are far more customizable.
Well I admit the variety of in-game icons is rather limited, but that's another problem SE could address as well, and it's certainly not a valid argument for not having icons on macro buttons.
As for customization, I can't think of anything that can be done with FFXI macros that can't also be done with FFXIV macros, so I don't know where you're trying to go with that.
