The next brutal earring?

If you could design a companion piece to the Brutal Earring, what reasonable stats would it have, and where would you get it?

There's some contention in the Monk forums as to what the 2nd earring should be. I see Brutal as a must have for almost every Damage Dealing Job, bar none. The second earring, on the other hand, there's just doesn't seem to be anything that touches the Brutal or even comes close, and there's just not overwhelming differences between one 2nd earring and the next that it almost doesn't seem to matter.

Accuracy, Attack, Haste, Store TP and Conserve TP all seem viable candidates, but how much?

The obvious answer is an earring with a 5% chance to Triple Attack. I will however say that Aesir Earring with its +7 atk +3 Conserve TP is currently a nice 2nd earring to use atm.

Or the WOG earring not being garbage. That would be nice too.
