Time for a secondary craft - your thoughts?

Now that I've finished Cooking, I'm thinking about starting a new craft to further expand my gil empire. I've already started a few - Alchemy and Woodworking are in the early 20's, and Smithing is at 12 - but which would be best for me from where I'm at right now? Thanks for any feedback!

do what i did... level them all!!!

But, even with the crafting update (which isn't here yet :/) I can only have one other at 100...

you can only take one main craft to lvl 100.
