Error USC-1104
I tried to run the update yesterday said I had no content ID's so figured I didn't have money in the bank at the time but I have now and when I try to reactivate my ID's I get the error and did not see on the POL website that it's down.
So what am I suppose to do?
I know it's not my card cause I just updated my info not long ago.
