I'm on Sylph. Was on my way to Promyvian and when I clicked the entrance to Hall of Transference at the crag my game crashed. I have logged onto mules since without problems in town areas. Any time I try to log on main character, the game crashes instantly. All expansions and add-ons are installed.
Greetings Purrs.
The thread was moved to Technical Support from In-Game Bugs since it could be a minor technical error. They should be able to help you get logged back into the game here. Thanks for posting!
Best thing about SE support is how no one cares about the customer. I used the in game help desk from another characters to report a stuck character, seeing as I can't log in because that zone crashes my game. I waited and I waited and waited some more for over an hour. Not a single message. So I went to resubmit it only to then get a message from the Help Desk menu that they couldn't help me. Why someone couldn't take 10 seconds to tell me that directly I don't know. If I didn't get annoyed with the poor customer service and try to resubmit, I would never have seen the message. All this to move a character from a zone so I can log on. Now I get to wait on hold for a few hours more in the playonline.com support section. YIPPIE!
