Yeah, this was a surprise for me in the update, but its very appreciated. Next time sharpen up the LS and bazaar icons! :D

While we're on the topic... Is it just me, have the status icons always appeared to be sharper on the PS2 than on the PC? If not, is there anyway to fix it? >.>

I agree, I don't know why some people complain, it looks perfectly fine on my screen, a lot more readable than it was before (although I didn't even complain about the font before).

About time....really, was tired of that blurry crap. Now take FF14 graphics delete that game and apply it to ffxi. Ok see ya later!

Id rather not use FF14 graphics. Means I cant play FFXI anymore cause I don't have a really good gaming PC.

Maybe i'm alone on this but XIV's graphics didn't impress me at all (especially with how cheaply they did everything, copy'n pasting and duplicating animations etc), I'm happy with what we have.

Well that's if you use the term "graphics" in a very vague manner. I would want the graphics engine that FFXIV uses to produce the graphical quality that you can see. The graphical models being used over and over is a different story (which, in reality, isn't much different in ffxi, they've just hidden them better).
