Getting error "UCS-60257" when I try to put in new Credit Card info into PlayOnline.
Does anyone know how to fix this? The Credit Card info is correct.
I Googled the error and it seems it was a very common problem back in 2009 but I can't find any info on how to fix it.
I've been trying to change Credit Cards on PlayOnline all day today and I forgot just how hellish PlayOnline is compared to Western MMO's. :mad:

The UCS 60257 error message is caused when your financial institution is declining the authorization that we run against your card when we attempt to update it through the software. This isn’t something that is caused by the software, or the platform you are running the software on.
