what if BPs had charges like stratagems? at the start you get 2 charges so you will be able to do either 2 BP: rage or 2 BP: ward or a mix of the 2, then at higher lvls you get more charges. it would allow smn to output more dmg or aid in support with quicker access to many BP: wards. thoughts?

Have you played a job with charges?
On COR you shoot one QD and have 1 min recast on getting it back, then you shoot again and have 1 min 58 seconds until you got both back. Which means that once you can shoot 2 times, then every future shot will have to wait 1 minute. Until you take a break and wait 2 minutes for both to recharge.
What you probably want is separate BP timers. So that first you do 1 pact, and have to wait 1 min on that, then you use another pact and have to wait 1 min on that and 58 seconds on the other one, meaning 2 pacts available in 1 minute.
