Merits where to dump?

I would like where to build up merits to any suggestion? I just dont want to dump it any where so my blu be as great

where to all merits to and much for each item seen blu kick butt and tried got whoop spells didnt land right

I think s_white wants advice as to which merits to use and how much, so as to not spend them pointlessly.

I haven't settled on where to put mine, but I would think BACA recast, Enchainment and Assimilation are staples
