Assuming the Auction House Merges are happening on Monday will we have to remove all things from the City Auction Houses or the main Auction house and/or delivery box / send npc?
This is referring to the Auction house merges and not the server merges to avoid confusion between the two.
With the update days away I figured we would have more details for something like this.
Think they said that they will be stoping items from being put up on the city AHs 3 days before the update. Though I would still go head and remove anything up just to be safe.

"In preparation for the merger, the listing of items in auction houses in the following areas will be restricted between May 6, 2011 1:00 (PDT) and May 10, 2011 (PDT). These restrictions will not affect the bidding process or interfere with the removal of items that have already been listed. The ability to check a listed item's "Sales Status" will also still be possible.
Southern San d’Oria / Port San d’Oria / Bastok Mines /
Bastok Markets / Windurst Walls / Windurst Woods /
Rabao / Kazham / Norg"
There ye go lol.
The timing of the restriction is such that any items listed when you were able will be returned to you due to auction expiration before the update.
Thanks Airget I didn't see those update notes now I feel stupid lol oh well this might help others that missed it as well.
