Some of the WSs are just terrible compared to others and even compared to some standard WSs. With the effort required to obtain these weapons all of the WSs should be among the best available.
In the same vein mages in general don't engage in any real fight making the Relic and Empyrean clubs/staves little more than trophies. Utility similar to that found on the mythic staves and clubs should be added.
