When performing a Blood Pact after being infused with "Atma of the Azure Sky" the Blood Pact ability delay cap of 45 seconds in gear is bypassed allowing Bloodpacts to be readied in 35 seconds instead.

/cry... SMN finally gets a decent tweak to BP delay, and now it's gonna get taken away.

Why in the lords name would you report this? Are you even a Summoner D:?

for real...BP Rage is more or less a SMN's WS in abyssea--how many jobs in Abyssea can spam a WS every 30 seconds (or less)?.

Most good DDs? :D.

Furthermore, I think this is fair because BP ability delays can't be lowered by haste, and we all know how crazy 80% haste on a DD with 50% Double Attack is.

And I'm not even a summoner.
