So many QoL changes but no credit for something that can be completely uncontrollable.

I'd say whether you're KO'd or not is very controllable.
back in the day i seem to remember you still getting everything other than EXP if you take a raise instead of HomePoint'ing
I think they meant credit for roe objective.
