Steps: Went to start the quest: Survival of the Wisest for the Records of Eminence completion.
Records of Eminence: Tutorial > Quests (Artifact 3) > SCH Artifact Quest I, II, III are all listed as completed, and I remember doing it before, yet the quest went missing from my completed quests list and the game acts like I haven't done it.
I can't imagine I reset the artifact quest without knowing. (who knows, maybe I meant to reset it on another job but was still on SCH but I don't actually remember ever resetting any quests in the last decade.)

Since it is incomplete, i have undertaken the quest again and will be completing it again today. Just, I have no idea why it was vanished from my quest list.
