Monstrosity - Protectra and Shellra casting time bug

Steps:
1) Enter the Feretory via any Odyssean Passage. The one I used in this instance is in Port Bastok at (K-12)
2) Go to the Customization menu and change to any Monster that is a White Mage main or as a subjob, and high enough to use the Protectra and Shellra line of spells. For this test I used Blancmange Lv.90 which is a WHM/PLD variant, and had no Instincts equipped.
3) Head out to any area via the Odyssean Passage inside the Feretory. In my instance, I went to Mount Zhayolm whilst not participating in Belligerency.
4) Cast any tier of Protectra or Shellra, and watch the Casting Time bar finish way before the spell finishes casting. The best candidate to test this with is Protectra V or Shellra V as they both have longer casting times.
5) Cast any other enhancing magic spell to confirm this phenomena doesn't apply to it, such as Haste, Enlight, Stoneskin, Blink, etc, and will finish casting before reaching 100%.
