Monstrosity - Flan Instinct II discrepancy

Steps:
1) Enter the Feretory via any Odyssean Passage. The one I used in this instance is in Port Bastok at (K-12)
2) Go to the Customization menu and change to any Monster that can cast spells. For this test I used Treant level 60.
3) Go to the Faculties menu and equip Flan Instinct II only, no other Instincts.
4) Head out to any area via the Odyssean Passage inside the Feretory. In my instance, I went to Western Altepa Desert whilst not participating in Belligerency.
5) Cast a spell with a long casting time on monsters to see if the "Fast Cast +10%" attribute on Flan Instinct II shortened the casting time accordingly. For my testing, I casted Flare on Desert Beetle numerous times, and had a stopwatch which I pressed as soon as the casting started. It took about 10-11 seconds for Flare to finish casting.
6) During my testing, I noticed that Quick Magic proc'd after using Flare about 15 times, which makes me believe that the "Fast Cast" attribute is a typo and should say "Quick Magic".
