Job ability changes

Sam:

Make hasso and Seigan last 30-60 mins, it's pointlessly annoying for them to be 5 minutes. Needless annoying busy work.

Geo:

Reduce the recast timer on entrust to 5-6 minutes, with so much content being mobile now it would make geo more useful (considering it has little melee capability as cor and bard do)

Drg:

Decrease call wyvern to 5 minutes, 20 mins if far too long.

Puppetmaster:

Increase Maneuver duration to 5 minutes full time, there is no reason for it to be 1 minute and slowly build to 5.

Ninja:

Make Yonin and Innin 30-60 mins duration.

Blue:

Lower recast of Diffusion to 5-6 mins.

I believe some or a variety number of general job abilities should be considered for adjustments in reduction of recast timers.

WHM: Divine Seal recast reduced to 5 minutes at a minimum. 3 minutes at best.
BLM: same deal should be applied to Elemental Seal from above. At least down to 5 minutes or 3 minutes at best.
Cascade should be reworked as a stance similar to how RDM's Saboteur was reworked in the past. Remove elimination of TP, add Magic Burst Damage II and Magic Burst Accuracy to elemental magic. ignores a portion of the Nuke Wall on NMs. 3 minute Recast,
1 minute Duration.

RDM: Convert recast reduced to 5 minutes.

SMN: a handful of older bloodpact wards buff potency are outdated such as Noctoshield and Fenrir's moon-related accuracy boosts

BLU: Diffusion recast reduction would be nice. Nature's Meditation and Cocoon durations could be increased to 2 minutes 30 seconds, up from 1 minute 30 seconds. I also wouldn't mind increasing more low duration support spells for BLU, but Nature's Meditation and Cocoon definitely needs longer uptimes overall in general to near double duration if not much more

SCH: Stratagem recast 28 seconds or add an extra charge to the max available to main job

SCH: Enlightenment to allow ANY spell SCH gets to be cast including Embrava or Kaustra.
*BLU gets it, why not scholar?

That one I can get behind with totally! or if that don't work... they introduce a new JA on a 10 minute recast similar to a BLM's Manawell or RDM's Spontaneity or Bard's Marcato
"Arcane Rasa" which allows a one-time use for either Kaustra or Embrava for 1 minute if neither spell is cast within the timeframe.

I think "Arcane Rasa" would be a good fit into invoking the forbidden knowledge just for a brief moment. or "Exegesis" or "Grimoire Apex" or "Aegis Manuscript" or even "Arcana Nexus"! Okay I'm out of names.
