Please format your post according to the template in the sticky thread, otherwise it will be rejected as "insufficient information" or "not a bug report"
I suspect that is the location for the Tactics Pearl quest, not related to the map in any shape or/and form.
You'd normally need to trade an item to the location also, as far as I remember, so I'd suggest you post at the quests forum instead for assistance, or/and review your favourite community site(s) for this kind of information.
