In order for your bug report to be considered, you need to submit it by following the template included in the sticky thread of this forum section. Without using the template and filling out ALL fields (even if you think they aren't relevant), they will reject your report as "insufficient information."
As far as the issue itself, I don't know what your exact conditions are because you haven't listed them, but I cannot reproduce this problem.
