Suggestions for RoE improvements
RoE is very out of date, the rewards are for the time when XP was valuable. This is no longer the case, many rewards should be boosted with CP and Mlev for casual players to have a daily goal to get some progression.
An RoE for unlocking all Home points, book warps etc. This is a completion RoE, rewards don't matter since unlocking them is the reward.
An RoE for Mastery Rank (mentor ranks), also add titles for it maybe since some players will work hard on these if there is a title or something.
An RoE for completing quests in each area, and reward with Job Points or Mlev for doing them all. There are so many quests in the game, but barely anyone does them. They would do them and enjoy the stories if there was a decent reward.
A second daily "Vanquish Multiple Enemies (D)" for minor Capacity points / Mlevl reward. 60 kills for casual players.
A third daily, for killing 15 Apex monsters and rewarding bonus Job Points and Mlev. This allows players to have a goal of killing 15 apex a day, just for the RoE completion. It makes doing this daily and making progression worth it. Sometimes when I had little time to play, I would login just to do the daily RoE. They are very unrewarding currently though.
A weekly RoE for escort quests, also boost the reward for escort quest to give capacity points / mlev (nobody needs to do these for xp anymore, people would do it again if this was changed)

Maybe add more escort quests to higher level areas.
A fishing and crafting RoE with better rewards and that only activate if a players fishing/crafting skill is 30+, fishing is relaxing side content players should want to do more and it would be nice to see people fishing at water holes. Better rewards are a reason to do it.
Hardcore players won't care so much about these capacity / mlev bonuses, they can just go grind them killing monsters and get more. This is about allowing casual / solo players to feel more rewarded by doing different things daily and making progress and it will make solo / casual players feel as if they are getting more reward from their time.
Rewards:
Add some accessories to RoE, specifically RE accessories with haste on it. Combat at low levels is far too slow, it should be boosted to make it less tedious. Simply allowing low level players to have "some" haste on gear will improve this initial feel and allow them to get TP faster. There is really no reason not to do this, it makes the game more fun and interesting at lower levels.
Add some spells to RoE, playing a mage costs far too much gil and adding "some" spells to RoE will help fix this.
Add some accessories that boost dmg for weapon skills for certain jobs, for instance whm hammer or blm staff.
Add earrings that gives players Sneak and Invisible (left and Right for each) with a 10 min cooldown when used, they are going to need to sneak to do missions etc and they need a way to get these that are easier to obtain.
