Assault Armband ...but for Odyssey Segments?

Hello!
We are having trouble recruiting tank players for Odyssey Sheol C. Very often, we have 5/6 members, and we spend 1 hour trying to find a tank member to join us. It's a shame this takes so long, for a 30-minute, daily event.

My suggestion: Could we have an Assault Armband, but for Odyssey Segments. The owner of the Armband would get +10% Odyssey Segments.

...I'm just trying to think of ways to incentivize people to join, because tanking in Odyssey is more strenuous than other jobs, I think.
