The official site says levi ability -spring water- (lvl47) can give the effect of 'refresh" on some places. And i very very clearly remembering it had that ability. What prompt the change and why? Does anyone have this answer? I was off from the game near 10 years. But this something i clearly remember and some sites do say he/it can still do this but currently cant
