the casting stuff isn't exclusive to those trust, some are just smarter than others, its not a bug
And Joachim won't cast cures if other casters are low on MP
+ obligatory "not a bug report". Of course this guy does this on purpose so he can "Gotcha" them for not fixing a bug when he knowingly isn't following the proceedures that SE set forth.
