Group Finding and sortie

Aside from the japanese community when it comes to Sortie Pugs it is very hard to fill or find Pugs especially for Aminomon, i assume the reason for that is because the plates are 24 hours and people would rather join only Static parties, why the Plates are not like abyssea stones? that way it will enable alot of pugs, this will kill the game! lots of ppl have actually quit because of it

Please look into minimizing the time wait on Sortie changing it wont effect much it will still take time to make a weapon, and then there are many weapons people can still make and gear sets, since the Voracious psyches will take 6 months to add on a weapon why not CHANGE THE STUPID PLATES!!!

No problems here, working as intended. Non-Japanese players just need to learn to play the game properly.

This isn't World of Warcraft, at this point we should know better than to expect the devs to consider how western players will approach the game, we're just lucky they're still bothering to localize item names.

Speak yourself i know what am doing,
The reason for why i find this change is for the casuals to also be able to join Runs, the V psyche will still be a time wall for everyone.

Also the japanese players are actually pugging 8 bosses and amininon lol, its a norm to pug
its a 6 man event its supposed to be pugged
Pugging is a thing since even before Abyssea, Early WOTG and aht urghan its still in the spirit of the game.
