3. It's not there
3. Cannot buy "R Chocotrain: DSC"
4. This option was there just before the most recent June update.
5. I am registered with the Bastok Racing team.

I believe these items are available for purchase only whilst your current team is placed at least second.

Is this perhaps not the case there any longer?

(I for example see them available on Fenrir for Windurst currently.)
