Store TP not working on my characters.

Steps:
1. I got ambuscade armor with negling final weapon of ambuscade equiped
2. I got 23 store tp worth of items equiped.
3. I hit apex and for three or more hits I get only cap of 100 or 200 tp regardless if store TP items are equiped or not equiped. It takes about 25 to 30 hits to do 3,000 tp weapon skilll. Changing armor in and out of store TP items does not help tp gain.
4. When monster hits me I gain no tp from monsters regardless of when I hit or get hit.
5. I tried this with ambuscade mumu armor set +2
6. I tried it also with warrior, with ambuscade Flam armor +2 but no change to tp even with ninja subbed.
7. My samurai has same problem with store TP items and without .
8. Can't gain more to than 100 or 200 tp per three or more hits with or without items.
