there are things missing from my character/account

on the 19th of febuary i reactivated my account and discovered that there appears to be a problem with my characters save data. What leads me to believe this is, along with all the missing lvls/items ect, my play time is only 16 days and 20 hours currently, which i can assure is quite impossible.

there are jobs missing/reset, i cant sure of all the errors but the ones i care about are paladin (which should be level 75 but is now locked), i checked with the quest giver for paladin job and i appear to be on the second quest required to unlock the paladin job. White mage (which should be around level 42 i think), and summoner which should be around level 25 with all the available level 20 summons, but is now locked and i assume reset.

my craft skills have all been reset to 0, again i cant be too sure of what levels they were and the only ones i care for are my fishing and woodworking skills

there are items missing from my inventories, i cant be sure exactly what is missing other than artifact armour sets but this is a minor inconvenience and i am not worried about having to re-acquire them.

and finaly my character should be rank 10 but instead is rank 5.

I appreciate that in the games modern state that these may be minor issues, but when i originally played it took a lot of time and effort to achieve as much as i did and it is quite distressing to see that effort wasted. Any help in rectifying these problems would be greatly appreciated.
