Steps:
Duke Dantalian was fought after all of the other demon's were killed. When Astral Flow was used, several trusts died and the game immediately froze and crashed to the desktop. Upon logging back in I was transported out of the arena unable to continue the fight.

Certainly possible... I re-ran the fight and if Dantalian is killed before using Astral Flow there is no crash, so it's likely tied to Astral Flow/Diamond Dust in some way. I also ran out and used Astral Flow/Diamond Dust on a random monster to see if any graphical settings are causing the issue and it worked fine. The report from 2020 noted that if trusts didn't die there was no crash, which is somewhat strange behavior if true. In both of my crashes 4 trusts died from Diamond Dust and it's not worth trying again given I can just kill the SMN at 50-60% and call it a day.
