Rapture and Cure Potency % Stack?

As we all know that Rapture = 50-60% Cure potency now.
But Is it stack with Cure potency gear too?
Because with Rapture we hit cure potency 50% cap already.

Anyone test and prove? Example with Surya Staff +2 , Augur's Glove
for sure it's stack with Divine Seal.

No it's not. It's +50~60% to your next White Magic spell (Banish, Dia, Cure, etc.), so obviously it works outside Cure Potency.

It works like so..

(Cure Amount (including Cure Potency and MND gear) + ~60%) and if Divine Seal is active all the previous is calculated then doubled.

So Rapture is not Cure Potency at all and as such works with all gear.

So Sch can throw big cure really easy with Rapture and it will cure more than WHM in same Tier.
Because Cure potency % gear is now not hard to get for non WHM job.

Surya Staff = 22 %
Selenian Cap = 3% Or Savant's Bonnet with Rapture Active.
Serpentes armor set = 5 % or Augur Glove = 4%
Tatsumaki Sitagoromo = 5% with Augment.
Fylgja Torque = 2-3%
With all this and Accession + Divine seal = Benediction.


For SMN body Facio Bliaut = 7-15%

Yes.

As an example a SCH with just the ToM staff, EA+2 Hat and Light Weather(their ability) can cure for the following every 45 seconds:

Cure IV - 900
If they were given Cure V - 1534

Whereas a WHM with 50% cure potency would cure:

Cure IV - 592
Cure VI - 1257

I compared Cure V if SCH got it with Cure VI just to prove how powerful the ability is.

*This assumes the WHM and SCH have capped Healing 70 MND and 70 VIT

Huh? Scholar can't equip that and Summoner can't use Rapture. What exactly are you getting at?
If I have to reiterate the massive difference between curing higher numbers and pulling hate and curing indefinitely and never pulling hate...

SE are heling with that with the upcoming update, not to mention SCH can get a load on -enmity gear, a spell and a stratagem.

Stratagem doesn't count, you're not going to use three charges every cure. Hell, you're not even going to use two, the merit stratagems are worthless.

And unless SE is really stupid, Tranquil Heart isn't going to bring Scholar any where near White Mages capabilities. White Mage will never pull hate, -5 Enmity (that doesn't go over the 50 Enmity cap, hence worthless) from a trait isn't going to push Scholar to their level of broken. Enmity gear doesn't matter. Scholar can get a load of it? Well so can White Mage, gear isn't what's making them broken.

Oh, and would you really be using Rapture with Cure V given the chance? I can't think of many situations where I actually need to heal over 1k HP. Assuming Scholar did get access to Cure V, I'd be more incline to use merits I just called worthless on it that Rapture.

Not to mention that if you're in a situation where you need to be spamming nukes are you really gonna take that extra second to hit your rapture macro? It's painful playing with a controller how difficult it is to repeatedly use rapture -> cure4. I should probably rearrange my macros to make it a lil easier.
