I'm sure Arciela II used to do Magic Bursts? Soloing on Locus monsters I have yet to see her do it (paired with Ygnas).
The second problem is, if she and Ygnas are called at the end and Ygnas runs around, you lose the MP regeneration benefit when they go out of range.
