Steps:
1.Talking to Oggbi or Gama-Shama does not give the option to start my first Prime Weapon.
2. Have completed all availible Voracious Resurgence missions already.
3.Have NOT started any other prime weapon.
4. Tried this on 3 different characters, all unable to progress on getting FIRST Prime Weapon.
