Conversion of Ra'Kaz. Sapphire to Ra'Kaz. Starstones

I would suggest ability to convert Sapphires to Starstones. IE at 10:1 conversion rate.

Or ability to trade in sapphires for 10k gallimaufry would also be nice. As some of us don't have anything else to +2 anymore

There's a chance they are involved with prime weapons, but I would say there is little chance we get to just exchange these. Keep them or drop them, doesn't matter to the Devs because the usages for them are clear.
