Empy +3 is very disappointing

Empy +3 not getting additional + song for each respective piece is very disappointing. The whole point of the empyrean for brd is for the + song on each piece, so why does the pinnacle of gear that is designed for the job not have +2 for the respective pieces. The hq mousai gear has +2 for their respective songs.

At minimal I would have thought the ballad duration difference could have been fixed with the empy reforge. If the concern was making ballad over powered in terms of mp recovery, a 27% ballad duration stat could have been added to the legs, making up for the fact we use the legs over Inyanga Shalwar +2.

Then don't upgrade it if it is so disappointing to you.

Personally, I am very satisfied with the majority of it, and that's better than how it generally goes for gear in this game.
