Difficult to entry Vagary since Sortie released and bugs now in Vagary

Steps:
1. Ever since sortie was added it has been more difficult to enter vagary since it shares the same zone. I'm sure other servers don't have this issue, but Asura is so heavily populated it is affecting us.
2. Try to enter vagary, keep getting please try again in a few moments.
3. Upon entry to vagary takes up to a minute to see everyone in alliance. Everyone that entered vagary said they appeared as solo, it took upwards of a minute for the alliance to appear.
4. If you disbanded from party in alliance you would still appear in the alliance to others that were still in alliance. The person who disbanded sees themselves as solo yet are able to cast party only buffs on others that are still in the party they left.
