Steps:
1. Scheduled router reboot caused inadvertent server disconnect.
2. When logging back in, received "Error code: FFXI-3201, Same character is already logged in. Please wait a few minutes before trying to reconnect."
3. Tried disconnecting entirely from PlayOnline, rebooting my system several times and again the following morning (Appx. 8:30 AM MST) - still receiving Error code: FFXI-3201.
4. Can log in alternate character on same account and logout just fine, when attempting to return to main character, continued error messages.

I'm wondering if the issues I've seen reported with Sortie and characters being locked out after a disconnect are related to the issue I ran into this evening within Vagary?
I have tried several times to log back in after my disconnect (not POL related) and I keep getting an error message reporting "Your character is currently logged in. Please try again in a few minutes." I am able to log in an alternate character on the same account with no issues, but when attempting to return to the original character I still get the same message. I have tried backing completely out of POL, as well as rebooting my machine to no avail. I did have a single moment where the login appeared as if it was going to complete, but then timed-out on the download "zone-in" screen.

Details:
My character appears to still be logged in the new Sortie zone but I cannot log into the character itself. When trying to log in I get
Error code: FFXI-3201
Same Character is already logged in.
Please wait a few minutes before trying to reconnect.
Steps:
I was doing Sortie and DCed. I tried relogging multiple times with no success. I thought my character would be kicked out after Sortie time ran out. Logging in the next day gave the same error message. Still cannot login.
