Wanted to get back to the Game.
Enabled (paid to re-activate) accounts.
Everything still seemed good...... Until the update.
POL update failed.
Machine is WIN 7, and now I see it is not supported.

Is there a work around for WIN 7 Machine As I will guess that this is the issue.

Not supported doesn't mean "we won't let you play" it means "we can't help you if it doesn't work."
POL 1160 is a server error, it shouldn't have anything to do with you or your operating system, just try again later.
But you should still install a newer operating system. Win7 is no longer supported by Microsoft and continuing to use it is a security risk as you won't get any kind of updates, not even security updates, anymore.
