Mbose Key Item Issue

My group and I just defeated Mbose in order to get myself and 2 others the win. However, after doing so we got an error stating this: "Unable to obtain RP. An error has occurred." And we didn't even get the key item and our segements were wasted.

Are we able to get the Permanent KI for our win? This is the first time and we've searched to see if anyone else has this issue. It appears the condition is first time fighting the boss for initial win and someone who has previously won taking us into the fight. On Vengance Level 0 nothing higher. We did a V15 T1 and got the Key Item without issue

Unfortunately the issue you are describing is something we are not able to assist with in the Technical Support Forum. However, we advise contacting a Game Master in game using the /helpdesk command as they may be able to assist further.
