Will Requiescat see some improvements?

This weapon skill is awful.

I saw that there were going to be major updates coming in the way of balance, and I hope this is included.

FTP is 1.0. That's 10x less than Savage Blade at its functional level.
It is based on MND, not STR or DEX, which are actually useful stats for DD gear.
It has a negative attack mod (why?)

Savage Blade crushes this WS. I know there are obscure and dated uses for Requiescat because it's an easy way to circumvent some fight mechanics. This weapon skill should be better, given its company, and, that it's represented on an Aeonic Weapon.

It's not the only WS designed as a utility WS, there's also WS like Garland of Bliss, which have a useful effect but do laughable damage. It's rare that when you have to accumulate TP to use a thing, that you're going to choose utility over DPS, so that utility needs to be worth its weight in damage not dealt by a "real" WS.
