2nd, did you explain that to the person selling the clear that Information on Bumba was not obtained and the same group will need to run it again after getting new key items?
he should run it again as it may as well have been a failed run since KI was not obtained, and fights occasionally giving no reward has been reported before to SE, so as a merc he should know that is a risk he needs to accept.
Thx for the advise, but some of the party member were not able to enter again, cause they dont have any more moglophones.
We told the person, that noone got the KI but he said it's not his fault cause he killed it and we all got this Error Message :(
