Unable to complete the ROE objective Tutorial -> Missions -> Rapsodies 3-12

MY Character Leaft, completed the Rhapsodies of Vanadiel some time ago, however I am only just noticing now that the ROE quest Tutorial -> Missions -> Rapsodies 3-12 will not set to completed.

Under my missions -> addons -> Rhapsodies of Vana'diel: A Rhapsody for the ages is set at the current mission and under Completed "Rhapsodies od Vana'diel" is set as the first option. I have asked a GM to look into this for me, however after some investigation on his part I was directed here as he couldn't do anything on his end.
